Tous les membres de l'association BREIZH JAP CAR EVENT ont le plaisir de vous annoncer le lancement officiel du BJCE#2.

(Un grand merci à HANGAR PLAYER pour la qualité de tous ses visuels :') )

Il se déroulera le 12 septembre 2010.

Le principe de cette rencontre reste inchangée par rapport à l'année dernière, mais dans un autre département.
Le point de départ étant cette année aux écluses de la Magdeleine à Hédé (35) et nous finirons la ballade à Cancale (35).
Sur la route la vitesse sera limité par le véhicule de tête, ce n'est pas une course et aucun écart de conduite ne sera toléré (burn, rupture, ect).

Cette année encore nous avons décidé de ne pas faire payer la participation mais de garder le système de don, donc chacun pourra donner ce qu'il voudra.
L'argent récolter servira au payement des différent frais lié à l'organisation de ce rassemblement ainsi qu'au développement de l'association pour l'année prochaine.

Déroulement de la journée:
10h, Rendez vous sur le parking de la Magdeleine à Hédé, nous pique-niquerons sur place.
13h00, Départ de la ballade.
14h30, Pause à la Maison de la Baie au Vivier sur Mer. Visite du musée pour ceux qui le veulent (gratuit)
16h, Reprise de la ballade.
17h, Arrivée au Super U à Cancale.
Distance totale du parcours: 74 km

Pensez à prévoir suffisamment de carburant pour toute la journée . Car il n'y aura pas de stations sur notre route.

Le blocage de la route sera fait par des motards. Il y aura des consignes à respecter qui vous serons expliqués sur place

Le nombre de participants étant limité par la préfecture à 200 véhicules, y compris les motos s'occupant de l'escorte du convoi.
Soit environs 180 caisses d'origines japonaises maxi.

Nous vous proposons également d'acheter des stickers, t-shirts et débardeurs à l'effigie du BJCE#2.

Pour ceux qui viennent de loin, nous pouvons réserver un camping pour passer la nuit de samedi à dimanche dans les alentours. Il y en a un à 15kms du point de RdV ou nous pouvons en chercher pour vous sur la cote.

On à déjà contacté pas mal de mag' comme l'année dernière mais il ont pas l'air de vouloir bouger, à priori car déjà des trucs de prévu pour septembre exactement la même réponse que l'année dernière Neutral

Quetard, tu pourrai leur en parler au pire? Je pense vraiment que c'est un truc à pas louper et ça montre qu'on ça bouge quand même dans le coin Smile

Pas sur que je puisse venir, c'est pour ça que je ne me suis pas encore inscris, mais si je peux monter se sera avec un grand plaisir!!!
